SINGLE-USE plastic bags of a certain thickness will be banned from September this year, the Industry, Commerce and Tourism Ministry has announced.
The decision, issued yesterday, bans the import, manufacture and circulation of single-use plastic bags with a thickness of less than 35 microns .
