BAHRAIN witnessed unsettled weather and isolated showers yesterday and a dust haze with rising sand is predicted in the coming days.
According to the Transportation and Telecommunication Ministry’s meteorological directorate, the showers and strong gusts of wind occurred throughout the night and there will be strong winds today until 6pm.
It was also stated that it will be partly cloudy today with a chance of dust haze and rising sand in places as well.
The rising sand in places continues from May 9 to 11 but the weather will remain fine with temperatures to drop to a minimum of 21C. The Traffic Directorate urged road users to take precautions due to rain in some areas.
