MANAMA: Bahrain Network (BNET) has announced the launch of its graduate trainee programme for 2022.
The company will provide an integrated graduate training plan based on the development of core business skills such as communication, planning, creativity and teamwork, which aims to prepare talented future leaders.
The graduates will receive practical training across different departments within BNET under the supervision of experienced professionals, until they are fully capable of independently fulfilling all the responsibilities related to the job role.
Amal Al Mannai, director of talent development and management, said: “BNET is committed to supporting the training and development of local students to prepare them as specialists in the telecommunications and technology. This is based on its sense of responsibility towards young Bahrainis who have recently graduated and are about to embark on their career journey.”
