THREE popular films were screened as part of the 10th edition of the Korea Cinema Nights.
Korean Ambassador Haekwan Chung kicked off the event, at Seef Mall’s Cineco complex, in the presence of a number of government officials, representatives from diplomatic missions, businessmen, friends of the embassy and movie-goers.
He expressed his delight in presenting the annual event which has become a “tradition” of the embassy.
The films featured at the festival were the breath-taking historical epic The Admiral: the Roaring Currents, heart-warming drama Miracle: Letter to the President and the thriller The Classified File’.
The event was free and tickets were handed out on a first-come, first-served basis.
