His Majesty King Hamad will inaugurate the first session of the sixth legislative term of the National Assembly on Monday (Dec 12).
This follows National Elections in which 40 MPs were elected.
Forty Shura Council members have been also appointed by the King.
They form the 80-member National Assembly.
