Riyadh: Saudi national Saqr bin Shawi bin Meklhaf Al-Saadi Al-Sulbi was executed in the Governorate of Rafha.
The Criminal Court convicted him of stabbing to death his compatriot Talal bin Saad bin Farhan Al-Saadi following a heated argument.
The Saudi High Criminal Court of Appeals and High Court upheld the death sentence.
