Y K Almoayyed & Sons (YKA) recently commemorated the fourth anniversary of its Heavy Vehicle Inspection Centre, a premier facility delivering exceptional heavy vehicle inspection services in Bahrain.
To mark this milestone, a special ceremony was held at the Centre’s Sitra Industrial Area location, where representatives from the General Directorate of Traffic joined YKA leadership to celebrate the achievement.
Attendees included General Directorate of Traffic Vehicle Inspection Division acting chief Major Mohamed Alhaji and senior specialist Younis Al Hassan, YKA Heavy Equipment Service and Heavy Vehicle Inspection Centre general manager K Jayadev Menon alongside YKA Heavy Vehicle Inspection Centre team members.
As a certified partner of the General Directorate of Traffic, the YKA Heavy Vehicle Inspection Centre has established itself as a standard for efficiency, and compliance with laws and traffic safety requirements in the inspection of heavy and medium vehicles.
With certified professional inspectors and advanced infrastructure, the centre caters to all makes and models – including heavy vehicles weighing more than 3,000kg, medium vehicles ranging from 2,500 to 3,000kg, and special-use or non-road vehicles – with options for on-site inspections as well for those special use or non-road vehicles.
The centre offers convenient timing from 7.30am to 5.30pm Saturday to Thursday, a quick and streamlined
inspection process and online booking options.
