Rare Inco Gulf won the toss and elected to bowl first. But Sri Lions struggled to build partnerships, collapsing for 84 runs in 15.4 overs.
Rare Inco bowlers, especially Zohaib Ahmed and Waqar Ahmed (2/3 in 2.4 overs), dismantled the rival’s batting lineup.
Ahmed’s hat-trick destroyed Sri Lions’ lower order in the 15th over, taking 4 wickets in just 6 balls.
Sri Lions’ lost their last seven wickets for just 20 runs, going from 64/3 to 84 all out.
Ahmed was declared player of the match for his hat-trick and the four-wicket haul.
