BD22,000 payout for parents who lost their twin babies due to medical negligence
Thanks to Government of Bahrain. Finally justice rewarded!
@hameedkhanniiazi
These doctors should be banned and stripped of their licence. What happened was way more than just a mistake, they were rights violations and lack of ethical conduct.
@donya_nassimi
Emotional trauma, loss and lost trust.
@mssehar
I don’t think money can cover up any grief like this. Feeling sad for the parents who lost the babies. May you gain the strength.
@gautamy_01
Is a human life worth BD22,000? Oh my god, we are so cheap.
@e7s4n
Which hospital, can anyone identify the doctors also, at least people can avoid going there.
@z_queen_zza
Condolences to parents of the twins. Such heartbreaking news. Money will never be justice for the parents.
@kim_healinglight83
Thanks to the government, but money cannot cover everything that’s already lost … hospitals must be strict in asking doctors to deal with patients in a better way.
@_superman92
They need to be arrested and suspended from work
@juliya_artripe
BD22,000! That’s what the hospital receives per day! Is this a joke …. No money will replace the loss of the children.
The medics’ medical licences should be cancelled and they should be deported. The hospital must pay way more than this amount.
@naar_naar80
That’s an incredibly low amount. Won’t even buy you a house or a piece of land. Money wouldn’t bring them back, but the compensation should be increased.

Dairy products price hike by Saudi company infuriates consumers in Bahrain
It’s better to stop buying this product, this is too high a price.
@nikeshmadakkara
Use Bahraini products that’s it. Simple. Awal is so good.
@um_maraem
We have Bahrain dairy products which are very pocket-friendly. Use them.
@ayshafaisal25
Use Bahrain dairy... our people care for us. They will not increase prices because they know how people live after Covid-19. No jobs. no salary.
@parinoor999
Boycott Almarai for a month and use local products. When sales go down, they will automatically reduce prices of products or give combo offers.
@biswajit6126
We are happy to use Bahraini dairy!
@mehreenkdurrani
Shift to Bahrain products, kids may object initially, but make them understand that something is better than nothing.
@abuhassanelrayah
Bahrain in the 80s had their own product, Al Murooj. When Almarai came into the market, the Bahraini brand gradually disappeared from the shelves. Hope they come back. I stopped buying L’usine breads when they hiked the price.
@abdullarias
Time for Bahraini products.
@saaj_m93
Light rain, cold weather expected all day today
Finally winter has arrived!
@faery16
Definitely isn’t light!
