Relations between Bahrain and the US are deeply rooted in a long-standing history of strategic co-operation, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister, said yesterday.
He noted that the kingdom is committed to enhancing military and defence co-operation to achieve joint interests as he received the Commander of US Naval Forces Central Command, the US Fifth Fleet and the Combined Maritime Forces Vice Admiral Charles Cooper at Riffa Palace .
