The Housing and Urban Planning Ministry said it will contact Bahraini citizens who applied for housing units in 2004 and earlier and are seeking alternative options to make necessary arrangements and clarify the options in more details.
The concerned applicants are urged to personally report to the ministry building to be included in the list.
“Any beneficiary of Tasheel finance facility who applied for a housing service in 2004 and earlier may benefit from alternative options, and the ministry will grant him an additional financial amount of BD10,000,” the ministry posted on its official Twitter account.
Citizens who submitted old housing applications and those who were given the choice to benefit from a land can benefit from the alternative options and obtain a financing amount of BD40,000.
