More than 27 programmes have been lined up as part of Youth City 2023’s Media and Entertainment Centre.
The programmes will be held in the mornings and evenings and has so far received a lot of interest from participants.
The centre is home to many companies, media institutions and entertainment firms and provides an opportunity for innovation and content development.
Young Bahrainis will work with media and entertainment experts and collaborate with them on developing their own projects.
Some of the programmes and activities include theatre, content creation, film acting, commercials and advertising, sound and music.
Creative writing and composition will also be held to enhance participants’ skills.
Media centre supervisor Yusuf Abdulla confirmed that the produced works will be on display at an exhibition towards the end of Youth City 2030.
Centre supervisor Khalifa Al Sherooqi added that the main goal is to provide the highest training standards to participants to prepare them to become an integral part of the Bahraini labour market.
