WHEN some of the world’s top golfers take part in the newly-announced DP World Tour – Bahrain Championship at the Royal Golf Club (RGC) in early 2024, they will find the redesigned golf course to be an absolutely ‘world-class facility and on par with the best on the planet’, the RGC general manager confidently predicts.
The DP World Tour – Bahrain Championship will take place from February 1-4 next year, nearly four months after the RGC reopened its greens, fairways and bunkers in early October after an extensive redesign and overhaul of 11 holes that took almost seven months to complete .
