INSTITUTE of Public Administration (BIPA) director-general Dr Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa received Dr David Fernandez Puyana, Ambassador, Permanent Observer of United Nations University for Peace (UPEACE) to the United Nations and UNESCO.
The meeting discussed topics of common interest.
The director-general confirmed that consolidating the values of tolerance, coexistence and peace is a deep-rooted approach in Bahraini society.
She affirmed BIPA’s keenness to broaden co-operation with the UN University for Peace in training, consultation, and research.
The ambassador praised Bahrain’s global achievements in promoting peace and enhancing co-operation.
