National Security Adviser and Royal Guard Commander Lieutenant-General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa has stressed the importance of continuing to support Bahraini youth and invest in national competencies in achieving sustainability in exploring the future by strengthening international partnerships to enrich educational and academic achievements.
This will reflect positively on achieving the goals of the comprehensive development process, led by His Majesty King Hamad, and supported by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Lt-Gen Shaikh Nasser said.
Lt-Gen He was speaking while meeting a group of students and researchers from the Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs at US-based Yale University, who are visiting Bahrain.
He praised the institute and its educational outcomes, as well as the scientific and creative weight of its students.
Shaikh Nasser referred to the steadily-growing strategic Bahrain-US partnerships across various fields, resulting in the signing of several agreements, the most prominent of which was the Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement (C-SIPA), aiming to enhance co-operation for the benefit of the future generations.
