Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) has signed an agreement with Delmon Gate to offer attractive real estate financing options and exclusive benefits on the Bushra housing project located in Alsayah.
Through the agreement, BisB customers will have access to a wide range of exclusive offers specifically tailored for the Bushra housing project. These benefits include complimentary fire insurance coverage and free notary services, further enhancing the value of their investment. Additionally, customers will enjoy a financing grace period of up to three months from the implementation date until the first instalment, providing them with greater flexibility and peace of mind.
Located in Muharraq Governorate, the Bushra residential project includes 196 residential plots with different sizes starting from 161.1sqm.
The agreement was signed by BisB chief retail banking officer Fatema AlAlawi and Delmon Gate CEO Abdullah Ali.
