The Housing and Urban Planning Ministry is continuing procedures to distribute new homes in East Sitra, Salman Town and East Hidd projects to citizens.
This follows the directives of His Majesty King Hamad and the order of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the distribution of 6,800 housing services to citizens,
Electronic draws for the housing units will continue until the end of February, following the schedule to ensure a rapid and continuous process.
The citizens commended the seamless flow of procedures. They were given detailed explanations by specialised staff about the housing units, requirements, and guarantees provided by the ministry, as well as the electronic withdrawal mechanism, types of housing units, and contract details provided by the ministry.
The ministry continues its procedures for housing financing solutions through Tas’heel Aqari, Tas’heel Al Bait Al Oud and Tas’heel Ta’awon schemes, or the newly launched category of Mazaya .
The ministry offers advisory services via its website www.housing.gov.bh and the eGovernment portal to citizens wishing to receive housing financing services through its Customer Support Centre, to provide consultations and answer inquiries about the standards and provisions of types of financing.
Financing services applications are submitted online.
Advisers are available at the Customer Support Centre to assist citizens and calculate the value of financing before the formal process begins.
It also offers electronic services, including a video call service, for individuals who wish to receive online financing consultations.
