Manama - The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) has announced the launch of electronic services for Domestic Employee permits, which gives employers the ability to complete transactions electronically through the Expatriate Management System (EMS) without the need to visit the authority, while maintaining the option to apply in person at any of its branches for those who wish to do so.
Nibras Talib, CEO of the LMRA, stated that adopting electronic services for Domestic Employee permits comes as part of the authority's commitment to continuously enhance the quality of services provided, in line with the government’s efforts in streamlining government relate processes .
