Yzer Property, a Dubai-based real estate portal, has announced the launch of a nationwide free listing offer for all realty brokers with the objective of strengthening the UAE’s real estate sector.
The new initiative is aimed at offering a wider variety of options to both property brokers and investors.
There are over 6,000 registered realty brokers in Dubai as per the latest statistics by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera), the Dubai Government entity regulating real estate organisations and agents in the emirate.
In a lead up to Expo 2020, the local property sector is expected to witness rapid growth with robust construction and transactions.
As a special offer, all agents who sign up in November will be able to list unlimited inventory for free on the company’s website for a period of one year.
Aside from the free listing, all real estate brokers will be offered an intelligent CRM system that will allow them to streamline their internal process without any extra cost for the first year.
In addition, the newly-launched offer will enhance the service experience of property buyers, leasers and investors who can access most of the properties that are on offer in the UAE under one portal, helping them save time to navigate through multiple websites to compare prices, features and amenities.-TradeArabia News Service
