Doha: The overall population living in the State of Qatar has increased by 58,123 to reach 2.61 million last month, up from 2.55 million in September.
According to recent figures released by the Ministry of Development Planning and Statistics, the population of Qatar is made up of 1,973, 656 males and 637,866 females.
The updated statistics do not cover Qataris who were living abroad during the population survey.
