The ‘Island Wedding’ team from Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) took part in the Moscow Annual Luxury White Wedding Travel Fair.
The team conducted more than 30 meetings with major global wedding planning companies participating in the fair to showcase the unique attractions that the kingdom offers as an ideal location for wedding celebrations and social occasions.
The meetings highlighted the kingdom’s diverse advantages and exceptional facilities, including its advanced infrastructure, luxurious hotels and distinguished tourist and historical sites, all of which support the attraction of such events.
The delegation, in co-ordination with Bahrain’s Embassy, held several discussions with officials from the tourism committees of the State Duma of Russia’s Federal Assembly. They also met representatives from the office of the Moscow Mayor and the Tourism Development Department at the Economic Development Ministry.
