BAHRAIN has been awarded the ‘Best MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) Destination’ by the London Arabia Organisation in recognition of its significant contributions to enhancing business tourism and solidifying its stand as a preferred location for various major regional and international events.
Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) deputy chief executive for resources and projects Dana Al Saad received the award during the Arab Travel Awards held on the sidelines of the ongoing World Travel Market 2024 in London.
More than 200 government officials, diplomats and business leaders from all over the world attended the event.
The London Arabia Organisation launched the inaugural edition of the annual Arab Travel Awards to honour individuals and institutions from various Arab countries who have significantly contributed to the development tourism and promoting Arab cultures.
