Bahraini athletes who represented the kingdom at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games have been honoured by the Salmaniya Rotary Club.
The club’s board of directors awarded trophies to the sports personalities, who are members of the Bahrain Paralympic Committee. Certificates of appreciation were presented to the administrative team.
The awards ceremony was held at the Hilton Bahrain, Juffair.
The committee’s president, Shaikh Mohamed bin Duaij Al Khalifa, presented a token of appreciation to the Rotary Club, symbolising the continued partnership and support that it has extended over the years, through inclusive activities like the bowling challenge for individuals with physical disabilities.
