Juffair, especially on the weekends, is considered to be an event venue by Saudis with their big vehicles and music at full blast; no traffic rules apply to them. The road, especially near Juffair Mall, is crowded throughout the night with a lot of noise disturbing residents in the surrounding neighbourhood.
I have seen some people stop the car and blow horns at females, which is not a respectable practice; their perception may be wrong. I would request the authorities to conduct a surprise check in this area after 9pm and see the outcome.
