Investcorp, a global alternative investment firm, announced a series of promotions for 21 employees in its Bahrain office.
The promotions span various levels, including two to managing director, two to principal, two to vice-president, and four to associate vice-president. This underscores Investcorp’s commitment to developing and retaining Bahraini talent.
Ali Zainal and Mohamed Aamer were promoted to managing directors within the Investcorp Wealth team, while Ahmed Abdulrahim and Abdulla AlMannaei were elevated to principals. Notably, 57.14 per cent of managing directors in the Manama office are Bahraini nationals.
Founded in Bahrain in 1982, Investcorp maintains its headquarters in the country. The firm now has a global presence with 14 offices and 500 employees from 50 nationalities. While expanding internationally, Investcorp remains committed to its regional roots with offices in Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, and Doha. The Manama office remains the largest, employing 138 individuals.
