An 11-month-old baby died after arriving at Cochin International Airport on a flight from Bahrain, according to Times of India.
The infant, who experienced discomfort during the flight, was rushed to a private hospital in Angamaly after the plane landed.
The child was pronounced dead on arrival, the report said.
Police visited the hospital and issued a no-objection certificate before releasing the body to relatives.
The infant had been experiencing medical complications since birth, police said.
