The Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) organised a joint meeting with several representatives from the private sector, including hotels, shopping centres, and entertainment projects, to discuss BTEA’s plans and programmes for the ‘Bahrain Summer 2025’ festival, as part of its efforts to develop the partnership between the public and private sectors in executing major events.
During the meeting, BTEA chief executive Sarah Buhiji emphasised the important role of the private sector in the success of the tourism programmes and initiatives implemented by the authority .
