Bahraini author and GDN columnist Zuhair Tawfeeqi presented a signed copy of his book, The Spirit of the Law, to Kuwaiti Ambassador Shaikh Thamer Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah.
The diplomat praised the writer’s efforts in documenting his articles in both Arabic and English throughout his 10-year writing career .
