SUPREME Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS) first deputy chairman, General Sports Authority chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee president Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa received Social Insurance Organisation (SIO) chairman Rasheed Al Maraj yesterday.
Legal Affairs Minister and Acting Labour Minister Yusuf Khalaf, SCYS secretary general Ayman Almoayyed, and SIO chief executive Sahar Al Mannai were present.
Shaikh Khalid commended the efforts of the organisation in advancing the social insurance system and promoting sustainability in the insurance sector within Bahrain.
The meeting discussed topics of common interest and addressed areas of cooperation between both sides in support of national goals and institutional integration.
Al Maraj commended Shaikh Khalid’s efforts in advancing youth and sports initiatives. He also emphasised the organisation’s keenness to strengthen cooperation.
