International Motor Trading Agency (IMTA), the official distributor of BAIC in Bahrain, recently held a series of training sessions aimed at empowering its teams with advanced product knowledge and skills.
The initiative underscores BAIC Bahrain’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences through well-trained, knowledgeable and confident frontline staff.
Bringing together sales, aftersales and technical personnel in a unified learning environment, the training included in-depth briefings covering the latest BAIC models, advanced hybrid system features and key technical concepts.
A dedicated segment also focused on BAIC’s hybrid operation modes, energy flow mechanisms and EV management system.
Participants received a hands-on practical session, which provided direct exposure to engine bay components.
“By investing in our team’s knowledge, we are investing in our customers’ satisfaction,” said IMTA director Angad Singh. “These training programmes are designed to strengthen our ability to provide accurate information, professional consultation and exceptional aftersales service.”
BAIC factory expert Zhang HeDa (Mr Frank) conducted the five-day intensive product knowledge sessions in person, ensuring the training was aligned with global brand standards and tailored to real-world applications in the Bahrain market.
