A total of 144 marine traps and seven illegal fishing nets have been seized from various locations this month, the Interior Ministry announced on X last night.
The seizures followed inspections by the Coastguard Command between August 7 and 14, as part of ongoing efforts to protect the marine environment and maintain maritime security .
