Bahrain has emerged as a leading model in humanitarian work, with the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) achieving significant milestones in providing aid and extending bridges of goodwill to countries around the world, His Majesty King Hamad’s representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs and RHF board chairman Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa said yesterday.
In a statement marking World Humanitarian Day, observed annually on August 19, Shaikh Nasser said it embodies the values of giving and solidarity with affected communities worldwide .
