Bahrain Car Parks Company (Amakin) announced that 68 per cent of its employees have advanced their careers through programmes offered by the Labour Fund (Tamkeen).
The support came via key initiatives such as Enterprise Training Support, Leadership Employment, Wage Increment, and On the Job Training.
This collaboration aligns with Tamkeen’s 2025 strategic priorities, which are designed to boost the competitiveness of Bahrainis in the private sector and equip them with the skills needed for career growth.
Tamkeen has been a long-time supporter of Amakin, helping the company improve its workforce and operations through various programmes, including the Wage Increment Programme and the National Employment Programme.
Amakin, established in 1981, is the kingdom’s top provider of parking solutions. The company specialises in parking management and property leasing, focusing on innovative administrative services and advanced mobility solutions to enhance customer experience and facility management.
