Bahrain has maintained its Tier 1 ranking in the US Department of State’s annual Trafficking in Persons (TIP) Report for the eighth consecutive year.
The classification, which evaluates the efforts of 188 nations, has placed Bahrain in the highest category of countries fully meeting the minimum standards for the elimination of trafficking, alongside other advanced nations .
