HORSERACING – Prime Minister’s Court Minister and Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club High Committee chairman Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa yesterday met members of the Gulf Horseracing Council. Shaikh Isa affirmed the importance of preserving the GCC’s rich horseracing heritage and enhancing its contribution to the kingdom’s sports and economic sectors. He further emphasised that ongoing efforts to advance equestrian sport reinforce the region’s standing as a leading hub for horseracing and strengthen its international position. For their part, members of the council thanked Shaikh Isa for his commitment to strengthening GCC cooperation across equestrian sports.
