Bahrain and the UK have signed a memorandum of understanding on stepping up co-ordination on matters related to the UN Security Council.
Bahrain has been elected as a non-permanent member of the Security Council for the 2026-2027 term.
The MoU was signed when Foreign Minister Dr Abdullatif Al Zayani met UK Minister for the Middle East and North Africa Hamish Falconer in London yesterday.
Dr Al Zayani is in Britain to attend the second session of the Bahrain-UK Strategic Dialogue.
