The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Eskan Bank during Cityscape Bahrain 2025 to support the launch of the new Tumooh housing programme, aimed at expanding financing options for eligible citizens in line with the kingdom’s national housing objectives.
Developed by Eskan Bank in cooperation with the Housing and Urban Planning Ministry, Tumooh provides complementary financing for individuals who have previously received housing loans under the Tas’heel and Tas’heel+ schemes, in addition to beneficiaries of financing for purchasing residential apartments .
