Greetings from Dr Alexey Skosyrev, Russian Ambassador to Manama, on the Occasion of the National Day of Bahrain
Dear friends,
I am truly excited to congratulate you all on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Bahrain. I consider this opportunity to be a real honour.
On these marvelous and joyful days, we celebrate the rich history and deeply rooted culture of your great country, as well as its flourishing path of growth and progress.
In this regard, I would also like to extend, personally and on behalf of the Russian Federation in general and the staff of the Embassy in particular, our sincere greetings to His Majesty King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, as well as to all citizens and residents of the Kingdom.
I am fully convinced that Bahrain will continue to surprise us positively in the future, achieving countless inspiring, impressive and truly unique accomplishments across various fields, while serving as a role model for others.
My confidence stems from the steadfast commitment of the Bahraini people to their traditions, values and cultural heritage, as well as from their unity, solidarity and cohesion in the face of all contemporary challenges.
Naturally, I would like to emphasise that we in Russia are keen to further strengthen co-ordination and co-operation with our dear Bahraini friends along this path. This year, we marked the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two countries, and it is evident that we have scored notable results across a wide range of spheres, to the common benefit of our nations.
At the same time, there is no doubt that the coming years will witness new stories of success, even more prominent and distinguishable in comparison with those we have seen before. Together with our partners, we will work actively and decisively in order to translate this vision into tangible realities on the ground.
