Almost a tonne of samboosa has been seized from an illegal kitchen in Al Musannah, Oman, for allegedly preparing the savoury snacks without a licence or adherence to hygiene standards.
The raid, carried out by Omani authorities, resulted in the seizure of 903 kilograms of ingredients and food items used to prepare the samboosa. The seized goods were promptly destroyed following the operation.
