If the road congestion is to be reduced, maybe the public transport system should be improved and taxis shouldn’t be so expensive.

If you want us not to drive cars, improve your mass transport system. Your overpriced Ubers, taxis and other transport services push expats to obtain licence and buy their own cars. The red bus is slower than a snail and can’t get to destination on time. Improve the mass transport system before you implement laws like this.

First, make a law for families so they are not allowed to own more than two cars. Some families have five or six members, and almost everyone owns a car. Why is this allowed?
Stop issuing driving licences to people under the age of 25. Increase police patrolling on the roads.
Make the driving test and training more strict and thorough.
