A new system has been launched in Kuwait to digitalise sick leave for students by sending certificates directly to the Education Ministry.
The use of the Sahel app now allows for the entire process to be handled digitally, fully eliminating the need for paper documents. Parents simply need to take their children to a health centre, and the sick leave will be automatically sent to the ministry. This removes the previous requirement to submit physical papers manually between institutions.
The move represents a significant leap in efficiency and is designed to enhance coordination between government bodies.
