Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Yasser Humaidan participated in the ministerial meetings held as part of the first Saudi Water Week in Jeddah.
During the second stakeholder consultation meeting for the 11th World Water Forum, the Minister emphasised Bahrain’s support for Arab and international efforts to strengthen water security and develop innovative solutions to address challenges related to climate change, population growth and increasing water demand.
He also underlined the importance of strengthening Arab co-operation, investing in artificial intelligence and modern technologies, and exchanging expertise to enhance the sustainability and efficiency of water resource management.
