His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, issued Edict (25) of 2026 amending certain provisions of Edict (35) of 2023 establishing and forming the National Human Rights Committee, based on a proposal by the Foreign Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet.As per the edit, the title “International Human Rights Affairs Committee” shall replace the title “National Human Rights Committee” in the title of Edict (35) of 2023, as well as wherever it appears throughout the provisions of the edict .
