A new batch of homes damaged during the Iranian attacks on the kingdom has been handed over to their owners following the completion of repair and restoration work, as part of the implementation of the Royal directives issued by His Majesty King Hamad and closely followed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
During an inspection tour in Sitra, Works Ministry assistant under-secretary for construction projects and maintenance Maryam Amin said the handover forms part of a comprehensive plan to rehabilitate all affected homes.
She said ministry teams quickly assessed the damage and completed the required procedures in record time.
