Bahrain yesterday strongly condemned the Iranian terrorist attacks targeting the Saudi oil tanker Wadyan and the Qatari oil tanker Al Rukayyat while they were transiting the Strait of Hormuz, endangering the lives of their crews.
The Foreign Ministry in a statement emphasised that the attack constitutes an unacceptable assault on the security and safety of international maritime navigation and global energy supplies.
The ministry emphasised Bahrain’s full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and Qatar and its support for all measures taken by the two countries to safeguard their security and vital interests.
The ministry also condemned the terrorist bombings that targeted the Syrian capital, Damascus, resulting in the injury of a number of individuals.
