Egypt on Sunday strongly condemned the Iranian attacks targeting Bahrain, Kuwait, the UAE and Qatar. Cairo called the attacks a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of the four Gulf states and a dangerous escalation threatening regional security and stability.
In a statement, the Egyptian Foreign Affairs Ministry reaffirmed its categorical rejection of all Iranian attacks targeting the security and sovereignty of Arab nations or undermining the stability of the region.
The ministry reiterated Egypt's full solidarity with the Gulf states, affirming its support for them against any actions threatening their security or territorial integrity. Egypt stressed that no justification could be accepted for the attacks, calling for an immediate end to escalatory actions and strict adherence to international law to preserve regional stability.
