His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, issued an edict appointing Judge Dr Riyadh Mohammed Ibrahim Sayadi director of the Judicial and Legal Studies Institute at the Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Ministry.
The appointment is based on based on a proposal by the minister who shall implement the provisions of this edict, which will take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
HRH Prince Salman, who is Supreme Commission for the Royal Fund for Fallen Servicemen (RFFS) President, issued another edict amending certain provisions of an earlier one reconstituting the RFFS.
A new clause (4) shall be added to the first paragraph of Article (1) of Edict (1) of 2025 on the reconstitution of the RFFS. The remaining items shall be renumbered accordingly, as follows:
4. Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court – Member.
The take effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
A third edict was issued determining the commercial activities restricted to Bahraini nationals, based on a proposal by the Industry and Commerce Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister also issued an edict amending certain provisions of an earlier one on the reconstitution of the Civil Service Council.
A new clause (2) shall be added to the first paragraph of Article (1) of Edict (1) of 2018 on the reconstitution of the council, with the remaining items to be renumbered accordingly, as follows:
2. Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court – Member
The edict shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
