His Majesty King Hamad yesterday received artist Ishaq Al Kooheji, accompanied by his son, Mohammed.
The artist presented His Majesty with a painting depicting the King alongside the flag of Bahrain and a map of the kingdom.
The King commended the artwork and the effort invested in its creation, noting the creativity it reflected and the high standard of the artist’s work.
His Majesty thanked Mr Al Kooheji for the valuable gift and praised his contributions to enriching Bahrain’s artistic movement through his participation in various exhibitions and his continued commitment to further developing his artistic work.
He wished Mr Al Kooheji continued success.
His Majesty expressed pride in the kingdom’s talented artists and their valuable contributions to showcasing Bahrain’s cultural and civilisational achievements through their distinguished work.
Mr Al Kooheji expressed sincere appreciation and gratitude to His Majesty for the recognition accorded to his artwork.
