His Majesty King Hamad yesterday held a telephone call with Syrian President Ahmed Al Sharaa.
He commended the deep-rooted relations between Bahrain and Syria, reaffirming Bahrain’s commitment to further strengthening and expanding bilateral ties in a manner that serves the shared interests of the two countries and their people.
His Majesty expressed sincere wishes for Syria and its people for continued security and stability, and for sustained progress, prosperity and development.
The leaders also discussed the latest regional and international developments and exchanged views on a number of issues of mutual interest in a way that contributes to strengthening regional stability.
