Ombuds Office secretary-general Ghada Hameed Habib met British Embassy deputy head of mission Fiona Walker Doyle.
She expressed pride in the deep historical relations that unite Bahrain and the United Kingdom in various fields. Ways to enhance co-ordination between the two sides were reviewed, especially in areas related to the work of the General Secretariat for Grievances.
Ms Doyle noted the role played by the Ombudsman’s Office in promoting the human rights and the principles of justice. She stressed her country’s keenness to continue opening new horizons for fruitful co-operation and joint work between the two parties.
